Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Booking Process?
A: First, fill out the inquiry form on the contact page. Be sure to include the date, time, and location. Once the inquiry form is sent, I typically respond within 48 hours, often sooner.
• If I'm available, I'll provide you with some pricing options. We can then move forward with a signed agreement, which I require a deposit of half the total . The remainder will be due by 11:59PM on the night of the event.
• If I'm unavailable, I'm happy to provide you with a list of reputable backup musicians. I manage an entertainment company and can serve as your point of contact.

Q: Setlist?
A: HERE is a list of all the songs I can cover. You may customize the setlist by choosing which songs you do or do not want to hear. I won't be offended :)

Q: Requested Songs?
A: The cost of each learned song is $100 x band member performing.
Q: Do you provide all Sound?
A: Yes, I provide all the sound equipment necessary for my performance, including a state-of-the-art sound system that can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Q: Liability Insurance?
A: I carry liability insurance - $2,000,000​ general aggregate. ​​
​
​
Q: Attire?
A: You may choose the attire between tropical, formal, business-casual, yacht rock, or all black-professional (see our options HERE).​

Q: How much space do you require?
A: The amount of space we require will vary on the arrangement you choose. We're flexible and can fit your needs. See our Stage Plots HERE.

Q: Do you provide a Stage or Tent?
A: I do not provide a stage or tent but would be happy to use them, if provided by the venue. The stage size required will vary on the arrangement you choose.

Q. What are your requirements?
A. Yes! We have some requirements:​
Outlet. We require (1) dedicated 20-amp circuit. We prefer to be as close to a power outlet as possible, though we have a 100ft extension cable if needed.
Cover. If we are performing outside we require to be located under cover, protected from sun and/or rain.
Weather. We do not cancel shows due to weather unless it is an “Act of God” such as a state of emergency. If we are scheduled to play outdoors, we need to have a plan B or relocate inside. If that isn’t possible, we will need to pack up our gear in which case, the remainder of our pay is still required.
Parking. The Operator will secure sufficient parking for the Band's vehicles for a minimum period of (1) hour prior to the show and (1) hour after the show. If we are performing at a venue where valet parking is required, we kindly ask for validated parking to be covered.
Sand. We will not perform on the sand. If we are performing on or near the beach we require a platform or riser to separate us from the sand. Sand is very damaging to our pedalboards.
Fire pit. We will not perform within 50 ft of a fire pit. Unfortunately the smoke is damaging to our vocal chords, making it difficult to sing for the event and days following.

Q: Additional speakers?
A: Yes, I have additional speakers that can be placed up to 100ft away from our gear to expand the sound coverage of the room (+ $150 fee).

Q: Are you an MC?
A: I engage with the crowd depending on the event and can offer minimal MC services; however, I'm not an official MC.
​
​
Q: Additional microphone?
A: (1) Wireless Microphone for guests announcements and speeches is included in our performance. An Additional Wireless Microphone is available for rental (+ $100).
​
​
Q: Lighting?
A: (2) Spot Lights are included in our performance. Upgraded Stage lighting (+ $100) and (6) Premium LED Uplights ($200) are available as add-ons.

Q: What if there isn't power available?
A: I have a battery-powered speaker (no charge) and/or a power bank (+ $100) available for performances where there's no power readily available. This isn't recommended for band performances, solo or duo performances only.
